December 10, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #29 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #14-0270 FOR MOTOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICE Description Bids to provide 'Motor Repair and Replacement Service' were received from three vendors on November 13, 2013.  The bid of Rexel, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Rexel, Inc., to provide 'Motor Repair and Replacement Service' in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00, be approved as presented.
